ATTORNEY PROFILE

Ms. Hernandez is a dedicated advocate for her clients, successfully representing them in various legal matters such as personal injury and complex commercial litigation. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients receive the compensation they deserve. As the daughter of Cuban immigrants, she understands the value of hard work and displays this commitment in every single one of her cases. She has received recognition for her exceptional advocacy and writing skills, and she is dedicated to serving her community through her various memberships and her bilingual abilities.

Ms. Hernandez attended St. Thomas University College of Law for her legal studies and Florida International University for her undergraduate studies. During her Juris Doctor, Ms. Hernandez served as the Alumni Outreach Editor of Law Review and Vice President of Alumni Affairs for the Moot Court Board. She was awarded the Top Ten Brief Award at the 2021 Emory Law’s Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition and the CALI Book Award in Evidence. Ms. Hernandez was also selected for induction into the Order of Barristers, a selective honor society in the United States, for her exceptional skill in oral advocacy and brief writing.  

Before establishing her practice, Ms. Hernandez worked as an associate attorney at a national law firm where she specialized in general liability and complex commercial litigation. As a law student, she served as a law clerk for an award-winning firm, gaining experience in property and commercial litigation as well as trial and appellate family law matters. Previously, she served as a Judicial Intern to Circuit Judge Miguel M. de la O, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.   

Ms. Hernandez is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association. She is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
